      The Ultimate Runner’s Planner was co-founded by Dr Rob Chard (BSc, MSc, MRes, PhD) and Jen Parker (BSc, PgDip, MSc).
       

      Dr Rob Chard is a passionate runner with a background in neuroscience. Rob is the scientific lead at The Ultimate Runner's Planner. He has experienced first-hand the importance of using the right motives for running and now runs primarily for the benefits to his mental health.

       

      Jen Parker is a business owner and communications professional. Passionate about the transformative potential of behavioural science in everyday life, Jen is excited to empower runners to stay on track with their running journey as The Ultimate Runner's Planner's editorial lead.

      Race day plan

      I absolutely love my new The Ultimate Runners Planner. There is everything I need in there. The only disappointing thing is, there is only 4 pages for a race day plan. Which suggests you’re only going to do 4 races in one year. I personally think there should be at least 10. I would certainly buy again if this was the case
