    • Who Created It?

      The Ultimate Runner’s Planner was co-founded by Dr Rob Chard (BSc, MSc, MRes, PhD) and Jen Parker (BSc, PgDip, MSc).
       

      Dr Rob Chard is a passionate runner with a background in neuroscience. Rob is the scientific lead at The Ultimate Runner's Planner. He has experienced first-hand the importance of using the right motives for running and now runs primarily for the benefits to his mental health.

       

      Jen Parker is a business owner and communications professional. Passionate about the transformative potential of behavioural science in everyday life, Jen is excited to empower runners to stay on track with their running journey as The Ultimate Runner's Planner's editorial lead.

      love it.

      I bought this as a surprise gift for my daughter. She has never run much more than the 100 meter race at school. Now in her mid 40’s entered the London marathon as a personal challenge a few weeks ago. Much to her shock and amazement her entry was accepted on her first time of trying! She absolutely loves the planner. She is finding it a huge help in guiding her and keeping her focused as she embarks on her training programme.

      Amazing

      It’s beautifully made, with high quality materials - I love writing in it. It gives me the motivation to continue with my running. It gives so much advice and filling the pre run and post run journal in helps me stay focused. I would definitely recommend buying it.

      Just what I was looking for
